Marshmallow Cookies is our first strain that is comprised entirely of 21st Century New World genetics. The male we chose is a Chocolate Marshmallows [(Mint Chocolate Chip x GG#4)] from Exotic Genetix and the female we decided on was another 21st century favorite of ours: the north Texas cut of Gorilla Cookies. The TX Gorilla Cookies cut was selected from made-from-scratch S1’s of [a cut of GG#4 from CA, crossed with a reversed cut of ICMag Forum Cookies].
TX Gorilla Cookies’ proven track record in the field and reliability made her the ideal anchor point in our new hybrid. After we crossed the Chocolate Marshmallows with the female TX Gorilla Cookies, we selected a choice male from the F1 generation and then we back-crossed to the TX Gorilla Cookies. The resulting hybrids throw cookie patterns with flavors ranging from soft, subtle sugary dough to piney-sweet cookie dough. Force early, or top late to avoid having to use netting.
